At a Board Meeting in Regina, SK, on April 20 the Livestock Marketers of Saskatchewan (LMS) voted in a new executive. Alan Jackson, Order Buyer for JGL Livestock, is the new President while board member Tyler Cronkhite, Manager and Auctioneer at Cowtown Livestock Exchange in Maple Creek, is now Vice President.

May 20, 2016 LMS Members take the honors at the 2016 Canadian Livestock Auctioneering Championship
The Livestock Marketing Association of Canada (LMAC) held their 2016 convention and Auctioneering Championship May 12 -15 in Grand Bend, Ontario. The Livestock Marketers of Saskatchewan (LMS) had a strong presence among the twenty nine auctioneers, from Alberta to Quebec, who competed in the annual Canadian Livestock Auctioneering Championship.
